[Criminal Power] On May 20, 2016, the Defendant, at the Incheon District Court, sentenced one year and eight months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) and completed the execution of the sentence in a Jung-Eup prison on September 2, 2017.

"2019 Highest 1014"

1. Crimes committed on April 16, 2019;

A. At around 17:00 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavour) in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc.
