When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate construction machinery shall obtain a construction machinery operator's license from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain a construction machinery operator's license, and operated the H beam transported from March 21, 2019 to March 18:30, 2019 to 18:50 of the same day, as a construction machinery, to load and unload the H beam transported as Accenture.
