Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. From December 3, 2012 to July 2013, Defendant A run a passenger transport business that raises an average of one million won per month to the Mayor of Gwangju City without obtaining a personal taxi transport business license in the manner of operating the passenger transport business by getting his name-free passengers on board and operating the 4,000 won by getting his name-free passengers on the FV in front of Gwangju City, and receiving 4,000 won from the FV. From December 3, 2012 to July 2013.

2. Defendant B, around October 25, 2013, around 19:20, operated a passenger transport business that raises profits equivalent to an average of 3.4 million won per month from August 6, 2013 to October 25, 2013 without obtaining a license for a private taxi transport business from the Gwangju City to the destination by having the customer J in the front of the I’s community hall located in Gwangju City, and receiving KRW 3,000 at the fee.
