A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, by imprisonment for 8 months, and by imprisonment for 6 months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants delivered a large amount of money to the victim G (43 Do) for the purpose of investment deposit, but the victims were willing to attract the victim to assault without any change in the amount.

1. On October 16, 2017, Defendants A, B, and C committed joint crimes by Defendant A, B, and C at the office of I, which is the seat of the Defendant located in H in Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si, and the victim who was found to be the seat of the Defendant A and B, after hearing the I’s request from the Plaintiff, followed each item of the Defendant A and B, followed the victim’s body in the living room, and Defendant C prevented the victim from raising his shoulder and leaving the victim out.

As a result, the Defendants jointly put up the right shoulder and the arms in need of treatment for about 14 days to the victim.

2. 피고인 D 피고인 D은 1. 항 기재 일 시경 위 A, B, C가 피해자를 폭행한 후 결박하여 둔 상태에서 위 장소에 도착하여, 자신에게 돈을 갚지 아니하는 피해자를 보고 화가 나 손으로 피해자의 등을 때리고 발로 피해자의 허벅지 부위를 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

3. The Defendants committed the joint crime at the time, time, and place specified in 1.1. At the same time, the Defendants prevented the victims from coming from a grouped floor by using cables, and continuously monitoring the victims from leaving the said I’s residence for about five hours from that day to 22:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly detained the victim.
