A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoration of public places) violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoration of public places) committed an intrusion on public toilets, such as public toilets, etc., for the purpose of satisfy his/her sexual desire, taking a luorial figure in the first floor female toilets of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, for the purpose of meeting the sexual desire by taking a luorial figure into consideration by many unspecified women.
