Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2017, the Defendant driven a D motor vehicle at approximately 15 km from 46:00 to 14:053 % of alcohol level during blood transfusion at the direction of Suwon-si, Sucheon-dong, Sucheon-gu, Sucheon-do, from 46:0 to 15 km in front of the aftermath of the Gyeongcheon-dong.
