A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a passenger car in B.

On June 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 03:35, and continued to go straight from the 4-lane of the apartment complex in front of the 1123- claim 2-lane in the city of Manyang-dong to the 03-lane 4-lane of the apartment complex in front of the 1123-lane 4-lane.

However, since at the time, it is night and a place where many vehicles are used, in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive a motor vehicle safely by maintaining a safe distance with the preceding motor vehicle, such as accurately manipulating the steering gear and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the steering gear and brakes due to the negligence of being drunk and not operating the steering gear and brakes as set forth in the following Paragraph 2, and discovered late after the victim C (the 55-year-old-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc. by negligence in the course of driving the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, to the victim E (the age of 56), the passenger passenger E (the age of 61), the victim F (the age of 61), the victim G (the age of 61), the victim H (the age of 36), and the same victim I (the age of 53) respectively.

On June 1, 2016, at around 03:35, the Defendant driven a car in the above B SP-type, under the influence of alcohol content 0.231%, in a approximately 2km section from the roads near Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan to the roads in front of the apartment complex of the 1123 claim 2km-gu, Goyang-si.
