A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2018, at around 03:45, the Defendant was investigated by the police station on the charge of the transfer of property and requested the victim to provide the personal reference to the victim.
