A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2013, the Defendant, as a recipient of basic living benefits, reduced basic living costs on the ground that he/she has earned labor income, and raised a claim to the competent public service center, but did not immediately resolve it, and he/she was willing to receive the reduced basic living costs by giving the public official in charge, who raised a complaint, to receive the reduced basic living costs.
1.
