The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentencing of the lower court (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is unreasonable in light of the following circumstances: (a) the defendant recognized all of the crimes of this case as well as reflects his mistake; (b) the defendant appears to have caused the crime of this case to maintain his basic livelihood; and (c) the amount of damage is relatively small; (d) the defendant had committed the crime of this case during the period of repeated crime even though he had previously been subject to juvenile disposition and criminal punishment several times for the same kind of crime; (b) the victim has not yet been consented to the crime of this case; and (c) the damage has not yet been completely recovered; (d) the sentencing of the same and similar cases has not yet been recovered; and (e) the motive and circumstance leading up to the crime of this case; (e) the circumstances after the crime; (e) the defendant’s age, character and conduct, and environment; and (e)

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
