A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual owner and driver of freight B (Triju 16 tons truck) who is engaged in cargo transport business.

When calculating the cost of loading of a vehicle at a ticket office for the use of a passenger ship with a vehicle registration certificate only once in the first time, and only the items in the tonnage of a vehicle and maximum loading capacity (kg) are confirmed, using the fact that calculating the cost of loading of a vehicle is to change the number of tons of a vehicle (the name of a vehicle, maximum loading capacity, etc.) of a vehicle and to apply the cost of loading of a low cargo vehicle to a lower cargo vehicle, the Defendant has taken advantage of the fact that the cost of loading of a vehicle is calculated.

1. Around March 21, 2019, the Defendant altered official document: (a) copied the registration certificate of B cargo vehicle using a reproduction machine installed therein; and (b) copied the registration certificate of another cargo vehicle into the part of “Thn 9.5 tons” and “hn 9500 g” of the registration certificate of another cargo vehicle; and (c) copied the registration certificate by adding “Th 9.5 tons” to the part of “Thn 16 tons” of the registration certificate of another cargo vehicle which was reproduced; and (d) reproducing it to the part of “Th 1600 g” of the “Th 1600 g” of the “Th 1600 g” of the “Th 1600 g g”.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Vehicle Registration for the purpose of uttering.

2. Around March 21, 2019, the Defendant presented to the H ticket office located in Tong Young-si F, a modified public document B registration certificate, as described in paragraph 1, to the H stock office, which is a public document changed as described in paragraph 1, and exercised the modified public document by presenting it as if it was duly prepared to the H stock office in charge of the H stock office, which is aware of the fact.

3. Fraudulent B (TT 16 ton truck) shall pay 16 tons of cargo vehicles on a motor vehicle registration certificate, 280,000 won for shuttle service charges from G in Tong-si F with a charge of 16 tons of passenger ships belonging to H, to C in the same City of Tong-si.
