Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the actual owner and driver of the D Freight Truck (Treatment9.5 ton, low-class truck). Defendant B is the actual owner and driver of the E Freight Truck (Treatment9.5 ton, low-class truck), and Defendant C is the actual owner and driver of the F Freight Truck (Tt), G Freight Truck (Korean Commercial 9.5 ton truck), and is the actual owner and driver who are engaged in the freight transport business.

When calculating the first vehicle loading fee in each ticket office without submitting a measurement certificate on passenger ships for both passengers and freight-only passenger ships operating areas, such as bathing maps at the time of opening, the Defendants attempted to alter a motor vehicle registration certificate in order to apply a lower vehicle loading fee by changing the tonnage (the name of the motor vehicle, maximum loading, etc.) of the motor vehicle recorded in the motor vehicle registration certificate and using the fact that calculating the loading fee of the motor vehicle is to confirm only the content of the tonnage of the motor vehicle on the name of the motor vehicle and the maximum loading capacity (kg).
