1. Basic facts

A. On September 24, 1965, Defendant B purchased D large scale 255 square meters in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-do on September 24, 1965 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 27, 1965.

B. On June 11, 1987, Defendant B sold 7/255 shares of 7/255 square meters of 255 square meters of Do-do-si, Gyeongnam-do to E on June 13, 1987; sold 5/255 shares of the above land to E on November 28, 1992; completed the transfer registration on December 30, 1992; sold 10/255 shares of the above land to F on November 28, 1992, and completed the transfer registration on December 30, 1992; and F sold 10/25 shares of the above land to Defendant C on December 10, 201 and completed the transfer registration on December 11, 201.

C. On December 4, 2008, 10 square meters of land was transferred to G in Dong-gu, Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-do, Dong-do, and 255 square meters of land (hereinafter “instant land”). However, even if land was divided as above, the transfer registration between the Defendants, co-owners, and E was not completed.

E sells 12/255 shares out of the instant land to H on January 20, 2013, and completed the transfer registration on March 11, 2013, and H sells 12/255 shares to the Plaintiff on August 19, 2014, and completed the transfer registration on August 27, 2014.
