Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault in Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the judgment was finalized on the 16th of the same month.

On April 22, 2013, the Defendant changed the plastic bags to the victim E (the age of 25) who is an employee at the CV D store located in Busan Jingu, Busan, on April 22, 2013. However, the Defendant suffered an injury due to the number of treatment days for which the victim would tear, considering that the victim would not be aware of it twice due to drinking.
