around 22:50 on January 12, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle Eststrentom without a motor vehicle driver’s license from approximately 2 km section from the front street of Gwangju-si to the front street of the Gwangju Hyundai Service Center in the same city to the front street of the same city.
