The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. On June 17, 2015, the Defendant, as the president of the DF association, was requested by the competent Gu office to disclose information related to the progress of the business of the association by the victim E, who is a member of the association, on the part of June 17, 2015, but failed to comply with the request, and caused inconvenience and inconvenience to the victim. On June 18, 2015, at the DF building 204 office in Mapo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was in the place where the association employees G and H were located. In fact, even though the Defendant was aware that he was a university graduate of the victim’s educational background, the Defendant was still in the university.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the record of judgment, the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by pointing out false facts.

It is difficult to recognize it and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

(1) The facts charged against the victim who graduated from the university that the defendant " was inside the university."

(2) According to the above audio-recording CDs, the Defendant had a conflict with the victim regarding the request for disclosure of information as set forth in paragraph (1) as follows.

Damage: A damaged person has been satisfyer than a width.
