1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 650,410,90 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 5, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Pursuant to an agreement entered into with B on September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff claimed performance against the Defendant, a joint and several surety of the Plaintiff, as a joint and several surety of the Plaintiff, in aggregate of KRW 214,837,300, and the amount of remaining consumed goods related thereto, as the amount of KRW 435,573,60,00, in accordance with the above agreement, as well as KRW 650,410,90 (i.e., KRW 214,837,300, KRW 435,573,60), and the amount of damages incurred from the breach of the obligation to purchase consumed goods under the said agreement.

2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
