The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around August 7, 2019, the Defendant connected to Pins North Korea at a sponsed price (hereinafter referred to as “Pinsponison and finite”) and posted a notice to the victim B, along with the victim’s photograph, to openly insult the victim. From that time, the Defendant posted a letter to Pinsp on a total of six occasions, such as the statement in the list of crimes, until August 12, 2019, thereby insulting the victim B.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution on complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);

C. On November 18, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a statement of the victim's revocation of complaint and a written application for non-compliance with punishment was submitted.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
