A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of execution three years and six months in the Seoul High Court on July 14, 2016 and was sentenced to the dismissal of appeal by the Seoul High Court on July 22, 2016.

1. Around April 28, 2016, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, i.e., the victim, who was a security guard of the said apartment, by cutting batling fat of fat of the victim D(78 years old) and cutting bat of fat of the said apartment, without any reason, while under the influence of alcohol on April 28, 2016.

The Defendant of special assault committed assault by carrying a dangerous object, such as the victim E (the 53-year-old) who observed the scene at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, “I am Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don, which is a dangerous object at Don Don Don Don and
