1. As to shares in 2/7 of the real estate listed in Schedule 5:

A. Defendant L is to Defendant H Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant G Co., Ltd.”) is the owner of the entire land (forest land 134,890 square meters) listed in the attached Table No. 1. Plaintiff B completed the provisional registration of the right to claim partial transfer of ownership (hereinafter “instant provisional registration”) on the ground of the purchase and sale promise on June 30, 2004 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) among the land. The Plaintiff B completed the provisional registration of the right to claim partial transfer of ownership (hereinafter “instant provisional registration”) on July 2, 2004 as of July 2, 2004.

B. The entire land (forest land 89,056 square meters) indicated in the attached list No. 2 is owned by Defendant 1. As to the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list No. 2 (hereinafter “instant two land”), Plaintiff C completed the provisional registration of the right to claim partial transfer of ownership (hereinafter “instant provisional registration”) on July 6, 2001 on the ground of the pre-sale agreement on July 6, 2001 (hereinafter “the instant second pre-sale agreement”) with the Ulsan District Court’s receipt No. 6418 on July 13, 2001. In the instant 2 pre-sale agreement (Evidence No. 19), the date of completion of the pre-sale agreement is indicated as July 5, 2003.

C. The entire land in the attached list No. 3 (the preceding 5,071 square meters) is owned by Defendant I. The Defendant Company completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on January 24, 2002 on the said land as the Chuncheon District Court’s Crossing registry office No. 1060 on January 24, 2002, and the Plaintiff A completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list No. 3 (hereinafter “the instant three land”) among the above Defendant Company’s right to claim ownership transfer on December 21, 2006 (hereinafter “the instant three trade reservation”). The provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of part of Defendant 1’s share was completed on December 27, 2006 under the receipt of No. 27305 on December 27, 2006, the said right to claim ownership transfer on February 19, 2009.
