A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence No. 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:55 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of steel scrap hivers in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant: (b) committed theft of steel scrap hivers on the part of the Defendant, carrying approximately 30 iron hivers of the victim’s market value on the road held by the Victim C for sale at around 279,000 won; and (c) theft of steel scrap hivers on the part of the Defendant’s D white blives on the part of the Defendant; and (d) stolen them on six occasions in total as follows in the list of crimes.

2. The theft of gas pipes;

A. At around 12:00 on March 2, 2019, the Defendant cut off steel gas pipes installed at a gas storage tank owned by the victim F of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, using an oxygen stack that was prepared for the failure to manage the gas due to the suspension of business, and cut off steel gas pipes installed therein, thereby making them loaded into several hack pipes and then loaded them onto the Defendant’s D white boom vehicle.

B. On March 17, 2019, the Defendant cut steel gas pipes installed in the same manner as the preceding paragraph at the same place as at March 17, 2019, and made them up with multiple hack pipes, and then loaded gas pipes cut off at around 06:00 of the same month on the Defendant’s D white boom vehicle.
