Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, Etc. On December 9, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) against Victims C, heard the horses that his father was in compliance with the 1st floor construction site of the Jung-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City D building on December 13:32, 2016, and misunderstanding that his father was assaulted against the victim C (22 years) who took part in the rearrangement of the cryst operation tools.

“Along with the right hand floor of the victim’s face, the victim’s face is hyped one time, and the father E (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) of the defendant, who was next to it, dumped the victim’s 40 meters, led about 40 meters to the construction site guard room, and the defendant expressed the victim’s face by hyping the victim’s hyp.

As a result, the defendant jointly with the above E, the victim was at the left-hand side of the victim requiring treatment for about 14 days.

On December 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered victim F (36) who opened and enters a construction site entrance in front of the first floor guard room at the construction site around December 13:35, 2016; and (b) discovered the victim F (36 years of age); and (c) found the victim’s father at the time.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with the above E, inflicted injury on the right side, which requires treatment for about 14 days, on the victim.
