A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

B. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the vehicle driver’s license owned by the victim of the vehicle issued by the Commissioner General of the Busan Regional Police Agency, which was in the U.S. on his book, using the gaps in the victim E’s surveillance negligence in the office of the 603’D office in Busan Dong-dong, Busan; and (b) stolen it.

2. The Defendant was in possession of an official document thefted from “G” located at the time F at the time of remaining women on May 26, 2017 for the purpose of leasing a vehicle from “G” around May 10, 2017.

E's driver's license certificate was presented to G staff H, and I franchise was leased for a car.

As a result, the defendant presented the E's driver's license under the name of the Commissioner General of Busan District Police Agency, which is an official document, as if the defendant was the driver's license of the defendant.

3. At the temporary location of the preceding two paragraphs, the Defendant: (a) stated that he was L in the column of the lessee of the G Motor Vehicle Lease Contract, using a fluorial pentle for the purpose of leasing a vehicle; (b) stated that he was L in the telephone number column; and (c) signed E on the lessee and each other.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a copy of the automobile lease agreement in the name of E for the purpose of exercising the right.

4. The Defendant, at the temporary location of the preceding three paragraphs, offered a forged car lease contract to G employee H who is unaware of the circumstances while leasing the franchise car at the location of the preceding three paragraphs.

5. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car as follows.

(a) 13:47 on May 26, 2017 : (a) 13:47 - The driver shall drive the 2 ending point on the section of the new guard;

B. On June 1, 2017, 08:38, 08:38, at the end point of the section as X-ray:

(c) 11:50 on June 2, 2017 - The driver shall drive the 1 ending point on the section of the e-mail of the e-mail;

(d) on June 6, 2017: 05:38, the driver shall drive the 1 ending point on the section of the tombstone-do;

E. On June 8, 2017: 15:48, Jinjin-gun, Dongjin-ri 99-20.
