Punishment of the crime

At around 23:10 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant driven his own B Twork XG car under the influence of alcohol content of about 20km from the restaurant front side in the Seoyangdong in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the shooting distance in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Samnam-si.
