Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CK5 cars.

1. Around February 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (do Governor's violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Act on Traffic of Roads (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") led the Defendant to drive the said K5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at 0.191% of alcohol concentration during blood transfusion, and proceed to the Seoul Tool Tro, Seoul, at the right edge of the road located near the highway 407km away from the Chyeong-gu, Pyeong-gu, Sungnam-gu.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving the said K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 20km from a section of about 0.191% at a distance of about 20km from the front line of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the front line of the 407 km-dong, Seonam-gu, Seonam-si, Seonam-si, Seoul.
