Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 C, D과 2013. 1. 8. 01:10경 성남시 중원구 E건물 앞길에서, C, D은 일행인 F, G, H 등과 그곳에 서서 이야기를 나누던 중 F와 그 옆에 서 있던 피해자 I(22세)이 서로 쳐다보았다는 이유로 말다툼을 하다가 D은 주먹으로 피해자 I의 얼굴을 때리고, C는 넘어져 있는 피해자 I을 발로 밟고, 뒤늦게 F 등을 만나기 위해 그곳에 온 피고인은 피해자 I의 일행인 피해자 J(22세)의 얼굴을 주먹으로 때리는 등 F, G, H과 함께 달려들어 주먹과 발로 피해자 I, 피해자 J(22세)과 그 일행인 피해자 K(22세), 피해자 L(22세)을 주먹과 발로 때리고 찼다.
