1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 27, 1990, the Plaintiff was appointed as a patrol officer from the Korea Coast Guard and served in the Korea Coast Guard station as of March 1, 201. From February 14, 2011 to February 13, 2012, the Plaintiff served in the Busan Coast Guard B’s branch office, from February 4, 2013 to September 1, 2013, respectively, at the Changwon Coast Guard C police station’s department from February 4, 2013 to September 1, 2013.

B. On September 24, 2013, the chief of the Korea Coast Guard demanded a disciplinary decision against the Plaintiff on the ground that he/she received money, entertainment, etc. from the General Disciplinary Committee of the Korea Coast Guard. The said disciplinary committee requested the Plaintiff to take disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff committed the following misconducts (hereinafter “instant misconducts,” and each of the misconducts is indicated as “non-violations, etc.”), and violated Articles 56, 61, and 63 of the State Public Officials Act, Article 15 of the Code of Conduct of Public Officials of the Korea Coast Guard, Articles 13, 14, and 67 of the Regulations on the Efficient Management of Administrative Affairs, and Article 13, 14, and 67 of the Regulations on the Efficient Management of Administrative Affairs to the Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard on October 1, 2013, and Article 78-2 of the State Public Officials Act requires disciplinary action against the Plaintiff under Article 78-2 of the same Act, and the head of the Western Coast National Police Agency issued disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on October 2010.

3. At the early 19:30, Jinhae E’F’ restaurant parking lot located in Jindo, received KRW 100,000 (10,000 won) which offered as her duty-related employee G (H fishing point and I operation) for the convenience of crackdown, and on May 201, 201.

6. At approximately 19:00, JJ received KRW 1 million (10,000 won) from G from G in the neighboring park of G located in J, in mid- to 19:00, and one disease (5,000 won) from G from May through June, 201 at the above B branch office on two occasions.
