Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading volume.

Nevertheless, on March 18, 2016, the Defendant driving a C vehicle at around 07:57 on March 18, 2016, passing through the 164-1 business site in the Gyeongan-nam-ro 164-1 on the Yanananan-nam-ro, and entered the Yanan-do road instead of entering the Yananan-do road for the exclusive measurement of the cargo vehicle, thereby hindering the measurement of the vehicle's load.

In addition, from around that time to April 2, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the measurement of vehicle load over 12 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
