A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant did not have a certain occupation, and there was no cash, credit card, etc. in his/her possession, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders the alcohol and alcohol at the drinking house.
1. Nevertheless, at around January 13, 2015, the Defendant received two diseases from the victim D at the victim’s meeting of “E”, which was operated by the victim D in Kimhae-si Kim Jong-si, with the amount equivalent to KRW 3.60,00 in the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property amounting to the total amount of 460,000 won from the victim.
The defendant did not have a certain occupation, and there is no cash, credit card, etc. in his/her possession, and there is no intention or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders the alcohol and alcohol at the drinking house.

Nevertheless, around March 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on March 26, 2015, the victim G in the fourth floor of the F building in Kimhae-si ordered “H’s mutual drinking house,” which was operated by the victim G, to provide alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay the alcohol value; and (b) did not pay the price to the victim, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

On March 27, 2015, at around 00:30 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant continued to acquire the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by not paying the price even if he/she received 1 disease and per share of 240,000 won of the market price from the victim after ordering 'K' operated by the victim JJ of the victim (J) of the IG building 303 of the IG, as if he/she would pay the drinking value.
The defendant of "2015 Godan1854" on July 10, 2015 shall be around 22:30.
