A. Relevant parties 1) Defendant A Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Defendant A Promotion Committee”)

[1] In the case of the construction of apartment units (hereinafter “instant project”) with the Busan Geum-gu Wil as the project site, the construction of apartment units (hereinafter “instant project”).

(2) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a corporation engaged in real estate sales and sales agency business, etc., and is an agent who entered into a contract with the Defendant Promotion Committee on the instant business with the agency business.

3) From around 2016 to around 2017, the Plaintiffs concluded a contract for joining the association with the Defendant Promotion Committee on the date indicated in the item column of each contract execution date in the attached Table 2, and paid the down payment, administrative service charges, etc. as indicated in the same table column. (B) Defendant Promotion Committee recruited the first member in 2016 (a) Defendant Promotion Committee’s letter of refund guarantee, etc.; and (b) issued the said letter of refund guarantee to the members who entered into the contract for joining the association at the time of signing the contract (hereinafter “instant letter of refund guarantee”).
