1. Basic facts

A. Defendant (tentative name)B Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”) established a regional housing association at the Nam-gu Jwon in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and promoted the apartment housing project. Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is an agent who entered into an agency contract with the Defendant Promotion Committee on the above apartment project, and Defendant D Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant D”) was changed to its trade name as of December 30, 2019; hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a trust company which entered into an agency contract with the Defendant Promotion Committee and C on the above apartment project, and the Plaintiff et al. is a party who entered into an association joining contract with the Defendant Promotion Committee.

B. The Plaintiff et al. entered into a partnership agreement with the Defendant Promotion Committee to join the regional housing association to be established later (hereinafter “each of the instant agreements”) on the date indicated in the table below, and paid part of the amount under each of the following agreements to the L association account in Defendant C’s name or Defendant D M bank account, as indicated in the corresponding column of “payment account” and amount.
