A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On February 10, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million on the grounds of interference with business affairs in the Gwangju District Court Branch on February 10, 2017. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with the same crime, etc. in the same court, and is a person who lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to tide, etc.

[2018 고단 824] 피고인은 2018. 7. 14. 18:26 경 목포시 C에 있는 피해자 D가 보안요원으로 일하고 있는 E 점 지하 2 층 매장 내에서, 아무런 이유도 없이 그곳에서 쇼핑을 하고 있던 여성 손님에게 “ 빨갱이, 다 죽여, 다 사형시켜 ”라고 소리쳐 위 손님을 놀라게 하고, 계속하여 불특정 다수의 손님이 있는 가운데 “ 빨갱이! 미친놈! 정신병자! ”라고 크게 소리치고, 이를 제지하려는 피해자를 비롯한 보안요원들에게 “ 보안요원들 저 새끼들 빨갱이 새끼니 전부 잡아 다 조사해 ”라고 소리치는 등 약 15분 동안 소란을 피워 그곳의 손님들이 쇼핑을 포기하고 돌아가게 하여 위력으로 피해 자의 마트 운영업무를 방해하였다.
