1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From 8,240,000 won and June 26, 2017
Reasons
1. On December 25, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and leased real estate stated in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 10 million, KRW 600,000 per month, and KRW 80,000 per month, for septic tank management expenses.
Until July 6, 2017, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 8,240,000 to the Plaintiff for rent and septic tank management expenses.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminates the above lease contract and seeks the delivery of the building and the payment of the unpaid rent, etc.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
