Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2014, the Defendant and C (Disposition of Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case on March 25, 2014) knew that E, the latter, obtained the F’s resident registration certificate in the name of Pyeongtaek-si D on February 17, 2014, and instructed E and G (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case March 25, 2014), each of which used the F’s name, to allow E and G (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case on March 25, 2014) to sound the vehicle by stealing the F’s name with the said resident registration certificate, thereby denying the said resident registration certificate, which is an official document, and by stealing the F’s name, having the intention to forge the vehicle lease contract by stealing the F.

Therefore, the Defendant and C, at around 17:50 on February 14, 2014, presented to E and G a F’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, an official document in possession of E, to K as if he/she had completed the F’s driver’s license. On the vehicle lease contract form kept at the same time and place, E, E, the vehicle lease contract form “L”, “L”, “M 202, 402, Ma 402,” written in the tenant column, “F,” and then written in F, a private document related to the rights and obligations of F, and exercised it as if it had been duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant and C conspired to cause E and G to illegally display official documents, forged private documents, and instigated them to be exercised.
