Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:00 on August 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen a credit card of a new bank (credit card number: E) located on the part of the victim’s wall located in Busan Northern-gu C, by taking advantage of the gaps of the victim’s home located in Busan Northern-gu C, by taking advantage of the gaps of the victim’s absence.
