Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 18, 201, the Defendant had been sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court Anyang Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on May 28, 2012.

The Defendant was aware of the Victim C, a correctional officer in charge of around 2006, who was under confinement in the Seoul Southern Detention House, and such circumstances were caused by the death of the Defendant.
