Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant was aware of the fact that the victim B (here, 16 years of age) was dead of the victim C(22 years of age) and was making good appraisal to the victims; (b) on May 16, 2019, the Defendant entered the password of the victim B and the victim B, at around 01:45, the victim B, who was aware of the fact that he was in a relationship with the victim; (c) and (d) stated that the victim B and C were able to have been present within the victim’s residence; and (d) stated that the victim was able to have been present with the victim B and C, and (d) stated that the victim was able to have been present with the victim’s face at the same time outside of the affected residence; (d) the victim was able to throw the victim’s face at least 17cm in total length; (e) the victim was able to throw the victim’s face at least 5m knife and throw the victim’s face at least 30m.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims of the knife, which is a dangerous thing.
2.
