The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is that of the part against the defendant in the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the judgment on the defendant's assertion is added by paragraph (3). As such, it is consistent with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The phrase "647/650 shares" in column 11 of column 3 shall be deemed to read "637/650 shares".

The term "695/1390 shares of 73 square meters of I forest land" at the bottom of 3 pages shall be "829/1710 shares of J forest land each 855 square meters."
