When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2016, at around 19:30, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the bus by the victimized person by force, including, but not limited to, moving off the door of the above village bus even after moving down at the bus stops of the F Hospital in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at around 19:40, the Defendant: (a) passed the bus stops in the village bus No. 06 located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) obstructed the operation of the bus by the victimized person by force, including, but not limited to, cutting down the bus at the bus stops of the F Hospital in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
