On June 28, 2019, the Defendant was not detained due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (hereinafter “Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.”) at the Jeonju District Court on June 28, 2019 and is still pending trial.
