1. The Plaintiff, Defendant E, Defendant C, and E are jointly and severally and severally liable for 2,287,688 won, Defendant C, D, and E. 69.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendants interfered with the Plaintiff’s construction work at G construction site in Seopo-si F on the following date:

(1) Around 08:30 on April 8, 201, Defendant E interfered with the Defendants’ work for about 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the same day by blocking the front of the excavated machine with persons opposing the construction of G at around 08:30 on April 8, 2011, or by blocking the entry of aggregate transport vehicles by blocking the entrance of the construction site.

(2) On April 12, 201, Defendant E interfered with the work for about one hour by blocking the front of the cater which transports caters around 16:00 on April 12, 201, or by blocking the entrance and exit of the trucking lane.

(3) At around 10:30 on May 17, 201, Defendant C and E interfered with the work for about 6:20 minutes and over 20 minutes until 16:50 on the same day by blocking the front side of ready-mixed vehicles seeking access to concrete pumps, thereby preventing construction vehicles, etc. from driving.

(4) At around 07:30 on May 18, 201, Defendant C, D, and E interfered with the work for about one hour and thirty-five minutes prior to the same day by preventing the supply of ready-mixeds by entering concrete pumps and ready-mixed spaces (Defendant D, E), or by preventing construction vehicles from driving ahead of ready-mixed vehicles to access concrete pumps (Defendant C).

(5) On June 11, 201, Defendant A, B, D, and E make a campaign speech to the effect that “G construction is unfair” is made by using hand, at around 11:00 on June 6, 201, and prevent the entry of construction vehicles, such as concrete mixtures, from entering the construction site, by blocking the entrance of the construction site and blocking the vehicles of construction-related persons (Defendant A, D, and E).
