Criminal facts

The Defendant is a business owner who runs a construction business with the trade name “C” in Sungnam-si, Gwangju-si, and was awarded a contract for construction cost of KRW 7,700,000 of the construction cost for the replacement work of the ESD, etc. of the E-Seoul Factory in Gwangju-si.
