1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs were the co-owners of cement 101, Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C, 201, Plaintiff C, Plaintiff C, 203, Plaintiff C, 205 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, 1/2 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, and Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, 302 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, and Plaintiff H, and Plaintiff C, respectively, of the existing building of this case, under Article 205 of the existing building of this case, under Article 206 of the existing building of this case, and 205 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff H, Plaintiff H, 302 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff J, Plaintiff J, and Plaintiff H, Plaintiff 303 of the existing building of this case, Plaintiff J, and Plaintiff 304 and Plaintiff 305 of the existing building of this case.

A sectional owner of the existing building, including the Plaintiffs to establish a reconstruction association, of this case, established a reconstruction association for the purpose of removing the existing building of this case and constructing the main complex building of 3 stories underground and 13 stories above ground (hereinafter “the building of this case”) (hereinafter “the project of this case”).

C. On December 19, 2005, the instant association entered into a joint project implementation contract with the Plaintiff E and L joint and several sureties Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”) under the joint and several sureties Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”), which were members of the instant association, shall be provided with the instant land and certain charges from the members of the instant association, and shall promote the project implementation by constructing the instant building, which is a project site. Of the instant building, the exclusive use area of apartment units 25.7 square meters among the instant building shall be supplied to the members of the instant association, and the remaining apartment and neighborhood living facilities except the members’ portion, and the business facilities shall be sold in general
