A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on December 13, 2018, a summary order of KRW 1 million was issued by the same court as the same crime.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 14, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.104% from the 5km section, from the front of the road to the Hansi-si, the tin-ro 251, both speech and behavior 1 to the front road of the Samsi-si, Young-si. Around 01:18, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.104%.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1, driven a rocketing car without being subscribed to the mandatory insurance.

No person of "20 order 6622" shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 16:14 January 25, 2020, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the Haman-kin Park Ho-ri 123, Anncheon-si, Anncheon-si, Anncheon-si, and operated a motor vehicle with a total of 20 times of mandatory insurance as shown in the attached list of crimes.
