Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2013, at around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) had a dispute with the victim D (manam, 53 years of age) who first met and met in the Cju located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) had a conflict with the victim, and (c) caused the victim to feel half, and (d) had a two parts of the number of days of treatment on the basis of the victim’s head at one time, when the victim’s head was 50c c ma and 53 years of age.
