A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2017, the Defendant, “2018 J. 426, the Defendant, at around 03:36 on December 20, 2017, talked with the Defendant’s house located in Yangyang-gun F, who used the Defendant’s mobile phone, phone calls to the victim G (n.e., age 18) by restricting the phone number display, and repeatedly talks with the victim such as “to make a report”, and from around that time until January 17, 2018:06, the Defendant sent the victim a speech that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion by telephone with the intent to arouse or satisfy his or another person’s sexual desire through the same method, such as the victim list 1 in the attached Form.

The Defendant, from around December 5, 2017 to January 5, 2018, “2018,” the Defendant, using the Defendant’s mobile phone from around 10 times to around 5, 2018, talked with the victim H (hereinafter “I”) by using the Defendant’s mobile phone from around 10 times to around 10 times, for the purpose of attracting or meeting the Defendant’s or the victim’s sexual desire by posting a phone through the limitation on the phone number display, and revised the “I” No. 10 of the table 2 from around April 14, 2017 to April 10, 2018.

In the same way, 27 victims have reached victims repeatedly and repeatedly by telephone in order to arouse or satisfy their own or other people's sexual desire by making phone calls by the same method.
