A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

The defendant shall order the completion of the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime around 17:03, on January 13, 2016, 2016, sent a phone call to the victim C (the victim, the victim, the age of 26) by hiding the phone call number from the trade influence in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, Busan, about 17:03, and led the victim C (the victim, the victim, the age of 26), the new sound from the television broadcast, and the new sound directly paid by the Defendant.

After all, the Defendant reached the other party the words, sounds, which may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion by telephone, with the intention to arouse or satisfy his or another person's sexual desire.

The reason for sentencing under Article 16(2) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes Committed to order the Defendant, who is an employee in charge of accounting at the same workplace, took the victim’s sexual desire as the object of his/her sexual desire, and listens to the new and sexual harassment that may repeatedly cause sexual aversion over a considerable period of time with his/her identity restricted number (the Defendant sent 10 times or more via his/her cell phone and office phone around the time of committing the crime). The victim was concealed from his/her workplace rent.
