and facts of the cause of probation order
1. On November 13, 2009, the Defendant of criminal records (limited to a person to whom an attachment order is requested and a person to whom a probation order is requested; hereinafter referred to as “defendant”) was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to three years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (Rape and Injury) and completed the execution of the sentence on December 15, 2012.
2. Criminal facts;
A. Around 11:08 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant obscenity committed a self-defensive act by leaving D (n, 33 years of age) out of his sexual organ for about one minute.
Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
B. Around 22:05 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported F (n, 27 years of age) in the vicinity of the subway E Station 7, which was located in luminous cities; and (b) followed from the place to the front of the first floor of Guro-gu, Seoul; and (c) carried out an act of cutting down his Cheongbrogate and cutting down his Cheongbrogate on the left side of the F to obtain the password.
The F divided the password and opened a joint signature and entered into the joint door, and the Defendant first entered the door through open door, and continued the F with the M as a drinking, and continued the act of self-defense.
Accordingly, the defendant openly committed obscene acts and intruded on the structure managed by others.
