The crimes shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 3 years of suspended execution by the Seoul High Court due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse. The judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2012.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On October 4, 2012, around 17:15, the Defendant discovered that the victim D (the victim Doe, 20 years of age) was seated in the front car in a subway line 2, which is located in the subway line 300-1, in the Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and that he was sexually obscene act, such as: (a) he was found to have been seated in the front bus; (b) he was able to fluorize the fluor before the female; and (c) he was able to fluorize the fluor; and (d) he was fluored as the victim

B. At around 18:00 on November 30, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the Victim G (Woo, 17 years old) was seated in the library reading room on the fourth floor of the F Library located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and found that he publicly obscene act, such as: (a) the Defendant was seated in the library reading room; (b) the Defendant was seated down on the side of the female; (c) the Defendant was seated up, kiding the sexual organ into panty; and (d) the Defendant was seated out of panty; and (d) the Defendant was able to do so in a fast manner under the foregoing.

C. On November 28, 2012, at around 17:05, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by putting his sexual flag in front of the platform platform that was occupied by an unspecified number of people, which was located in the subway No. 2 of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government subway No. 205.

At around 18:20 on December 3, 2012, the Defendant was seated by an unspecified number of people on platform platforms of the Manung-dong subway No. 8 of Sung-dong, Sung-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the Defendant committed an act of openly obscenity by dusting any semen, which was in the front of the H (V, 23 years old), on the clothes of Ha (V, 23 years old) where she was seated with his hand, and was in the front of his seat.
