Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2017, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven a Brocketing traffic truck with approximately 500 meters alcohol level 0.07% of alcohol level in blood, from the front of the reputation Cheongsan-dong, to the front of the Masan-dong located in the same Dong from the 500-meter section.
